Possibly but not guaranteed. More likely no than yes.

No. Since the memory controller has only one channel it wouldn't matter how many slots your motherboard has, you're restricted to single channel operation.

 

Memory slots are not necessarily the indicator of how many channels a particular CPU's memory controller has. You can have four memory slots, yet the CPU in question can either have a dual or quad channel memory controller. Controllers with more memory channels (quad channel) are capable of working in the lower modes (triple, dual, single). But controllers that are, for example, dual channel cannot operate in the higher modes (triple, quad and more). It is entirely down to how the memory controller was designed.

Probably not, the cpu itself doesn't support dual channel from the link above.
