Some cards enable fans all the fine with dual monitors ffs my ftw3 won’t clock down with dual monitors and sits at 1350 MHz lol Yes I do, but the thing is that my tuf clock down to idle well, but keeps the fan spinning, that makes no sense... Posted October 16, 2020 Author I dont know. I was in Quiet and made the update. I undervolted my card anyway. 0.9V @ ~1950MHz @ 240-270W. Ampere is too inefficient for OC. 100W+ for what? 100Mhz? Posted October 17, 2020 Yeah, that kinda works, but for example if u make a custom curve with msi afterburner, it lets u to be at 0%? Mine cant do this for example 0% till 50 degrees. Mine stays 31%... 5 hours ago, cl32 said: I dont know. I was in Quiet and made the update. I undervolted my card anyway. 0.9V @ ~1950MHz @ 240-270W. Posted October 17, 2020 Author I dont use Afterbuner and a custom fan curve. But I tested it with GPUTweak II for U. I can make a custom curve, and the fans are off while idling... Try to reflash the BIOS. Turn off AV if u use one and close all programs. - Flash bios (1) - Let the system reboot - Power off the system - Switch the bios - Reboot - Flash bios (2) - Let the system reboot - Power off the system - Switch the bios - Reboot with bios (1)
 Posted October 18, 2020 Guys I found an issue with the new BIOS. If you go to afterburner and set a manual fan %, it will not match the value you enter. I set mine for 55% and it goes to 70%. Same thing for the fan curve. It seems there is a mismatch between the actual speed and the way afterburner (and argus) are reading them! Please test! I have a full custom fan curve mine was bouncing around in game and would completely turn itself off and then jump to 70%. It was annoying but I found an updated version of X1 and that fixed it. I've got mine set to about 400RPM at the lowest setting I can't hear it so it doesn't make a difference letting it turn completely off. Posted December 1, 2020 So I've been looking into this and I wonder if there's an ambient temp sensor that's preventing it from going 0db? Default fan curve and just web browsing/watching a video - has my GPU at 53% fan speed and 38c When I forced the fan to 0% - the GPU went up to 62c and held there. So maybe there's a sensor where it senses the temp inside the case will be too high for it to go to 0db - just my thoughts. Updated bios and everything. Posted December 10, 2020 im having a very similar issue to this, in which my fans wont bloody turn on unless the cards over 55C, even with manual fan control on AB and on GPU Tweak 2 I cannot figure it out Here is my post on reddit and i have the 3060 Ti TUF Gaming gpu My issue is the opposite, i dont want 0DB fans, i like my fan curves, but my fans wont turn on through any manual fan control software, they just sit at 35% and going on and off if i try to use afterburner, and 0DB fan set to "off" on GPU Tweak II does nothing, they still turn off. anyone know a fix yet? https://gyazo.com/49f86fb11cb7e61671108d3d5ed6cfed https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUS/comments/ka0vvo/3060_ti_tuf_fan_control_issue/
 It's fully automated. Next delete your current driver with DDU, restart PC and install Nvidia driver as usual.
 But a lot of flashing gurus always recommend clean driver install after any VGA BIOS flash. You can clean install via GeForce Experience or standalone Nvidia driver, I used DDU just to make sure everything from old driver is deleted. It might work without it if DDU is any kind of trouble for you.
