saw add to cart option on nvidia site but some how it changed to nvidia u.k then it was out of stock before I got back

Yeah -- it was doing that to me as well.  Not sure what the deal with that was.

at 9 I could have gotten the XC3, eagle, or ventus, but that was for about 1 minute (newegg)

 

Bestbuy still has an eagle and a ventus as of a couple minutes ago, able to add to cart.

 

Im just only interested in the FTW's or strix, but just curious to see whats out there

Best buy has literally not worked at all for the this morning.  I think it is just shutting down my region or something.

Apparently I was on a eu website on accident but regardless it said out of stock when I visited at 559. Disappointed... now I'm stuck with a 970 atm. 

When will they restock? Anyone know?

I have one near me. Contacted them they said the ones they have in stock is false info and they don't have any.

just found out i need a new power supply my mear mortal 850watt unit wasn't enough according to Linus. but good news im going to get the FE when it's back in stock compared to what I was getting so im going to save £200 .

I suspect that's just for overclockers.  NVidia recommends a 750 watt psu.

in LTTs new video he says the founders peaked at 450watts

Seems like the usual suspects botted the fuck out of the 3090 launch as well and they're mostly doing instant buy orders on ebay now rather than auctions. I hope a good chunk of those buying cards on ebay open disputes or create brand new ebay accounts and ask for chargebacks on their credit cards. Scam the scammers. This kind of behavior needs to be rooted out and you do that by making these people loose a lot of money.

You're not going to stop them. There will always be people willing to buy from scalpers. It happens in lots of industries. This is the first time PC gamers are experiencing it in a major way but you'll get over it. Just wait a few months and everything will be available.

 

BTW when I was on the Nvidia page this morning it kept sending me to the UK store with prices in £. 🤣 (I am in the US)
