What is an 80+ White

80+ is just the efficiency, it means how much power the psu has to draw from the wall to provide the needed power for the parts, it has nothing to do with quality, but the w1 is a horrendous unit that i would not use, budget for a psu? what are you powering? and currency?

Budget for psu nothing above 60 US Dollars and im powering a i5 2400 and a 1060

Or the bitfenix formula gold 450w or the pure power 11/11cm 400w or the system power 9 400w or the MWE bronze V2 if you can find them in stock and for a reasonable price.

An 1060 will consume up to around 120 watts and a 2400 will go up to around 60-80 watts I think ... so any psu that can do at least around 250-300w on the 12v output will work for you. That means pretty much any psu advertising 400w or more. 

 

The CX above is a good suggestion. 

 

Here's some other options which would work well for you and are about the same or better quality, but may have longer warranty or other benefits (like being semi-modular for the BQ model)
