Get Gigabyte's GHz edition with the dual eight-pin power connectors, included backplate, and insane factory overclock. If you're just talking about the standard OC edition, however, get the EVGA w/ ACX cooling.

Intel Core i7-5930K | Noctua NH-D15S | ASUS X99-M WS | 32GB (4 x 8GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V 2666MHz | MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6G | Samsung 850 Pro 512GB | Seasonic 660XP2 | Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV

LG 34UM95-P w/ Ergotron MX  | O2/ODAC | Audioengine A5+ w/ AS8 | Sennheiser HD 598 | Ducky Shine 3 | Cooler Master Storm Spawn

Which look do you like better, some say the ACX cooler is better, but in reality, there's not enough of a difference to really tip it towards EVGA's favour. EVGA does have better customer support, however, I would say that Gigabyte would probably have a lower RMA rate in general though.

My Personal Rig - AMD 3970X | ASUS sTRX4-Pro | RTX 2080 Super | 64GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB DDR4 | CoolerMaster H500P Mesh

My Wife's Rig - AMD 3900X | MSI B450I Gaming | 5500 XT 4GB | 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 | Silverstone SG13 White
