Why do I get these error messages from windows?

Keep getting error messages like the one pictured and related to different apps ect, for instance I can't open task manager, I try to then a minute or so later I get an error message the same as the one pictured but just has a different file location

I've not seen those on Windows 10 but I see them on a few Windows 2016 and 2019 servers I've got and I've never figured it out myself. I did find something a while back that fixed it for a bit but then it broke again =/

Huh yeah it's been happening to me for quite a while now, when I boot the PC I usually wait around 15 mins before I start playing any games otherwise these will pop up without even doing anything which takes me back to the desktop, and caused me to die countless times

I think this is a driver issue, u could try reinstalling latest video drivers.

Doesnt windows have a driver thing that I can use to install them? I have already reinstalled drivers for my card twice and no improvements, I'll try again

Uninstall the current video drivers, restart the pc and install latest drivers.
