Lian Li 011 MOBO fitment issue

NuclearMonkey

I have a BNIB Lian Li 011-D Razer case that I'm attempting to transfer my PC into.
My motherboard is an ASUS TUF Z390 Gaming Plus.
The IO shield is inserted correctly.
If I line the MOBO up with the pre installed stand offs it all seems to sit about 1-2mm away from the back of the case.
My GPU is a Zotac 1070 Amp edition. The back end clicks into the lever but the front doesn't seem to push all the way in and the bracket doesn't line up with the holes to be secured in place.

If i put my sound card or WiFi card and push them into the slot then try and screw them in place it pulls them out of the MOBO.
I've attempted to loosen the screws off slightly that hold the MOBO in place to allow it to slide a bit but that doesn't help.
If I take all the screws out and fit the cards into their slots and screw them to the case the MOBO isn't aligned with the stand offs.

Am I going to need a new MOBO? Or is my brand new case fubar?

Any help would be appreciated.

My best guess is that the case is palatially bent, those screw holes got the PCI-E bracket should line up pretty much perfectly. How easy is it to take off/put on the tempered glass side panel?

Are all the motherboard standoffs under the board on that edge?  It might be the board flexing down?
