What cpu cooler and case? Also ambient temps can matter. Its higher than mine but i have a total overkill cooler with a noctua d15s in a case with really good airflow. 
 

Also what are load temps?

yeap, around 50c is what my 3900x idle at too

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
