Cheap Ryzen CPUs?

So I was scrolling through google looking at Ryzen 5 3600 prices when I spotted two websites selling them, and other Ryzen CPUs, at ridiculously low prices. So I was wondering if anybody knows if these sights are trustworthy or just scams.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
