Rgb or not?

Is the light on the 3080 TUF rgb or not. I know it might sound like a silly questions, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.

Thanks. Need to find out all I can before the launch, so that I can snag one the minute it comes out. Was originally going to buy the 3070, but the 3080 is only 1600nok (150usd) more expensive due to some weird pricing models here in Norway.

That link provided does say you can customize RGB with Armoury Crate software and also provides a basic sample of the RGB modes.
