very high chance permanently moving to AUS somewhere afew months to a yr later, thinking if these 2 pc worth moving as well

 

pc 1 

office work and web browsing + facebook games

i5 2500 + h61m + 4x2 gb ram

 

pc2 

for 4k tv, movie, light 4k gaming

i5 2500 + h61m (2017) + 4x2 gb ram + rx570 4gb( keeping gpu anyway)

 

these cpu and mobo existed since 2012, i dont know how much time they have left...

 

if replacing, cheap laptop or entry lv pc for lowest cost?

not worth the transport fee to be honest.

keep your gpu, but sell both of those and build a new pc when you get to AUS.

I wouldn't worry about that. If taking them with you doesn't cost (much) extra, I would just take them. You could perhaps give pc1 to someone you know and take pc2, if space is limited.

matx case, stock cooler / antec a30, 550w cheap brand psu, 240gb ssd may be?

You may be able to get away with $200 asking price.
