Transfer os to ssd without transferring a RAT (remote access Trojan)

I am getting an ssd and I need to transfer my OS but my system is ratted what do I do?

Don't transfer, reinstall everything.

Just don't, it's not worth the hassle. Transfer the files you need off of the drive and install a fresh copy of Windows on the SSD.

Disinfect your system by wiping it clean, my 2 copper coins

Get a bootable usb drive with linux and securly format the drive. Reinstall windows on the new drive.

Plenty of Antivirus to do this. Malwarebytes could do it, or you could even boot into linux and delete the files manually if you know where they are.

The choice that will always work but if you have a ton of programs that don't just exist on one platform for easy redownloading (like steam), this can be a PITA. If windows is being annoying, you might have to do this anyway. I have to reinstall windows every few years cause you know, it's windows. 

If I scanned with Bitdefender and it didn’t detect anything am i fine

I have scanned my system and it removed some viruses am I fine I was using but defender 

also I can’t wipe the drive as I have important program files like for music recording and I don’t want to manually back it up so I don't mess them up is there a program that can locate all files that came from a program and I can upload those files to one drive

At the very least scan it with malwarebytes, that thing found so many viruses, that other software didn’t. 
 

But as stated before, the correct way is a clean install of windows. And probably the only way to be completely sure.
