Hackintosh? Will it work with my specs.

Ok, I have a computer around doing nothing at the moment, i'll list the specs below. Basically what i was wondering is, before i ruin the computer entirely, will I be able to install OSX on it? Or should i just use something like linux on it, then just play around with things.

Specs:

CPU- i5-760 @2.8GHz

GPU- Radeon HD 5770 2GB

Motherboard- foxconn (not sure of the model, i can boot it up if further information is needed.

Im sure the hard drive doesn't matter, same with the PSU.

It uses on board audio and ethernet.

PC Specs: CPU: i7-4770K @ 4.5Ghz (Cooled by Corsair H100i) GPU: 780ti (RIP) Mobo: Asus Z87-A Storage: 2x Samsung 850 pro (128GB) seagate SSHD (2TB) PSU: Corsair RM 750 Case: Corsair Vengeance C70 Peripherals Keyboard: CM storm cherry blues Mouse: Razer deathadder

I doubt it from those specs foxconn is probably not a supported brand for hackintosh's. they are mostly used in cheap pre build PC's.

there a few brand mobo that will work. we will need to know the exact details of your mobo. I do not think that gpu will work. the amd they used was very selective. if you want more info on what works and doesnt check out http://www.tonymacx86.com/home.php

I think you could use hackintosh but not legit osx, you need very spefic "mac edition" parts or something to make that work
