Nightmode comes on even when disabled in the settings...

Nightmode is turned off in setting but comes on around 8 everyday because I got a new phone a few days ago and I used oppo transfer to transfer everything. 

 

Anyway to fix this? Heard about commands but don't wanna start messing with commands unless needed!

Since you said "oppo", I assume you're talking about Android. What Android version are you using?

 

Did you enable "Bedtime" in the Clock app? This can turn the screen greyscale at a certain time to remind you to go to bed.
