Do i need to update bios in b450m ds3h?

My cpu is ryzen 3 3200g. Im about to buy it so i am doing research. Please give some recommendation for ryzen 3000 ready mobo. My budget  90 dollars for mobo

Yes, it'll need a BIOS update, but it'll probably already come with it.

 

Please note that R3 3200G is actually Zen+ (Same as Ryzen 2000 series) architecture. Not Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000).

 

To be guaranteed Ryzen 3000 series compatible you need a B550 board but I'd just recommend going B450 at such a low price bracket.

B550 supports ryzen 3000, but not 3000 series APU afaik fk AMD and their messed up naming schemes

the ryzen 3 3200g is actually zen+ which is supposed to be a 2000 series chip which means u wont need to update the bios
