Help on $1k NVIDIA build

Budget (including currency): 1100 USD$

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Blender, Unreal engine, Light gaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a 144Hz Gsync Monitor with HDR and peripherals. I'm upgrading from a laptop with a 1050 Ti and a 8th gen i5. Need the computer now as I'm selling my laptop.

Can you wait just a few more weeks?

 

If not I can make you a list but if at all possible I'd wait till RTX 3000. It's due to be announced on September 1st most likely, so if at all possible that would be a good idea.

 

If not, let me know and I'll make you a list

I've been waiting to buy a computer for months now, and so now that I've got the chance I need it as soon as possible.

EDIT: If you need it now, @Mateyyy's list is great, couldn't do any better

Realistically if he's looking at the 2060 level cards, those don't come out for months after the other cards. It's only really worth waiting if you're going xx70 or higher.
