Is psu too bad

I have a cooler master elite v3 600 w I think that I cheeped out because it’s not a 80+ unite. Is it too bad is it just bad  or is it ok. My built is a i3 9100f and a gtx 1660

The CM Elite is horrible, to put it nicely. Do you have the option to return it?

Efficiency isn't quality. 

Afaik it's bad to say the least. 

If you can return it, a budget option like a system power 9 400w or a cx450 are better.

it can explode but probably won't. Personally i wouldn't take the risk of it exploding.

It’s ungly yes loud I’dont think so but I will say that my pc isn’t any super high end one so I suppose it could be loud

Well usually people rate when something bad happened so do not trust ratings from people.
