Is this nameless PowerColor 5600 xt any good?

This is the gpu in question- https://www.powercolor.com/product?id=1583481410. In my country currently this is the cheapest model by far and since i went over my initial budget a lot already so this is the only 5600 xt i'm considering. I can't find any information on this particular model and i want to know if it's too good to be true since it's so cheap.
