Can help shoosing which PSU?

Hello dears,

I'm soon rebuilding my PC and I'm looking for the PSU to use... here is my actual build/future plan:
AMD 3600 (may become a 4600)
Nvidia 1650 (may, best scenario, became a 2060 Super)
ram ssd hd rgb bulls**ts

B Tier should be quite the right place. I was checking online and here is what caught my eye:
- COOLERMASTER Reactor Gold 80 PLUS Gold ATX 550W - 85€ (full modular)
- COOLERMASTER MWE Gold 550 80 PLUS Gold ATX 2.31 550W  - 76€ (non modular)
- SeaSonic CORE GM-500 Gold 500W - 81€ (modular)
- Seasonic S12III - 500W 60€, 650W 73.5€ (non modular)

Modular cables would be, of course, very nice. Not quite a must. I don't want to "cheap put" on the PSU, but still if I can save some money is better.
My preference right now is for the S12III, not sure if 500w or 650w. They are also both on amazon, so yeah its amazon.
Any suggestion?

I'm in Italy, don't know is someone have some better suggestion to point me on.
