I want to sell this rig, it was used for under 6 months and is in great condition, only problem is scratch on SSD. The buyer would have to pick it up and it would be $850 is this fair? Fresh OS install and great cable management.

Looks like a good deal to me, but as CoolBeans said probably a bit more towards the 750-800$. But you should definitely be able to find a buyer at that price though.

they have to pick it up though! I'm worried no one will

I was just about to say this.

He's asking if his pricing is correct, not if you want to buy it.

Seriously people will buy a computer with an overpowered CPU, too much RAM/Storage and a GT640 for 1300$+ if it's labelled as a "Gaming computer". Even though 850$ is maybe a little overpriced, since when do people refrain from buying overpriced things?

I just hope someone is willing to pick it up.

it kinda costs 850$ to build new so 700 sounds right

it was $1,150

I'm currently at above 1000$ in US PcPartPicker for this build. There's no way you can get that rig for 850$ new. Also, this doesn't include shipping cost and taxes that you would have to pay for ordering something like this brand new. :P

800 doesn't sound unreasonable.

Why don't you want to ship it? Worried about damage? Your chance of a good local sell are slim.

Last thing I shipped arrived DOA.

The only think I'd say is that it's very difficult to sell a PC that the buyer has to pick up, it'll take you a while to sell if you even manage to sell it at all. Based on that, I'd recommend reducing the selling price to around $750, possibly less.
