My external case LC  Power LC-25U3-Hydra fell of the bed which contained the HDD inside...luckly HDD works but case is somehow damaged when I connect it to USB it disconnects the drive and reconnects.

I suppose the damage is within USB 3.0 connector, and I don't see anything broken.

How can I resolve this issue and try to fix it?

Do you need me to picture the usb 3.0 connector?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

Are you sure that the HDD works properly?

Dropping a mechanical hard drive is pretty much a guaranteed way to kill it.

I suppose it's somehow loosing connection on that usb connector which is an issue on all external HDD.

I don't think it got loose if yes it would be easy to resolder it with good solder gun...internally I don't see anything broken since the case is made of metal.
