i am building gaming pc but not sure what cpu to use.... any suggestion?

Budget (including currency): 169,000 Baht / 5000 USD

Country: Thailand

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming and some UIUX design

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Currently thinking about 

CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K or Ryzen Threadripper

GPUASUS ROG STRIX RTX2080TI O11G GAMING 11GB GDDR6

SSDSamsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB

Ram: Trident Z RGB GOLD & CHROME, look beautiful but still got any option ? 

water cooler: Not sure which one, Please give some NICE COOL water cooler system suggestion

Power supply: Not sure which one, Please give some suggestion

Case: LIAN-LI DYNAMIC 011 RAZER CASE , any others option? prefer RGB and cool 

plan to make it RGB cool and performance

 

This is what i planning to build but wait for more suggestions

what "ryzen TR"? if your workload is multi threaded, intel isn't really the best option, unless your workload requires avx, then their latest HEDT lineup is decent.

10700k can out perform i9 9900k its a good cpu
