My money's on thermal or power issues. The GF models are known for heat problems.

*** Threads merged ***

Since all 3 threads made are around same thing, just with different games, there's very little reason to keep them separated.

Also merged some triple-posts. Please use multiquote and edit existing replies.

And moved to PC Gaming as last thread was posted to General Discussion.

Roblox is Roblox and there engine don't handle FPS well. On the internet theres a video of a 2070 only getting 80fps

It's not just the engine. The games themselves are all made by very small teams, usually solo developers, and usually they aren't making any money from it. Fuck if I could be bothered to properly optimize my full 3d online multiplayer 1 person hobby project, expecially when you can't actually modify the underlying engine to fix memory leaks, swamp water shaders, and broken code. All this isn't even considering how buggy the models are in Roblox because you can't actually import your own and have to make them out of primitive objects. Anybody who's ever used any kind of 3D game engine knows how much this can slow down the game (and compile times).

I was playing BF4 and have noticed that it looks laggy despite me having 60FPS and it isnt my internet i am at 60 ping.

MSI GF 63 THIN 9SC

i7 9750H

Gtx 1650 maxq

8gb 2633 mhz ram

476 gb ssd

Could be a memory issue. Make sure you close any browser tabs you have open before playing. Turn the in game texture settings down to about medium. Also this might seem dumb but check to make sure it's running on the correct GPU because your iGPU looks like it has quite a bit of usage from one of your screenshots. Also make sure everything is set to high performance and not low power in your system power management settings and nvidia control panel.

Depending on the game they can look laggy (due to old code) even with high FPS

But I dare say that 60 fps looks laggy, miost likely because I am used to much much higher fps.

You can check out the differences on the UFO test

https://www.testufo.com/

In some cases audio drivers have been known to bug games, I know that was a issue with CSGO once.
