Wanting some feedback and/or recommendations.

My spontaneous thought is that you don't need a 700 W PSU, could use a cheaper SSD and pair it with a HDD for more storage. That way you could maybe afford an RX 580 instead. Another option is that if you really just game and don't do a lot of work you could go for a Ryzen 3 3300X instead of a 3600, but the 3600 is good if you do other stuff than gaming because of the higher core count.

or, you can fit a 3600 in there but you'd be sacrificing a fair bit on future CPU upgradability:

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

I would suggest not to build now and wait out for the newer GPUs and newer ryzen chips if u can
