Star Trek Elite Force(2000) Will Not Work On My Windows 10

Hi everyone hope your all safe and well.

 

I have been building PC's for around 15 years now and always been a hardcore gamer, in this instance up until this point I have always got the retro games working and fully playable with good old trouble shooting, today however with the most recent system build I can not get Star Trek Elite Force (2000) to work on windows 10 I keep running into a brick wall with this one I have attached screen shots of my system specs and the error messages I get, and also I do not want to run it on any virtual operating systems, I also tried various compatibility modes along with Data Execution Prevention and still no luck, anyone have any ideas ??

The game is pre-XP. So you need either DOS emulator or VM with DOS OS installed.
