Rx 470 or 480 on an athlon 200ge

Hi there, after looking around I was looking to see if I could pair my athlon 200ge with one of the two gpus in the title. I used bottleneck calculator and that was giving me 16 and people on reddit said don't trust the site. Any opinions or alternative choices would be good. Hope to hear some responses.

You could but the 200ge is going to struggle in pretty much any modern game.

It's really going to depend on the game. A good amount of modern games really don't care for dual-core CPUs anymore, but it should still give you enough grunt for a lot of older titles.

Hey don't use userbenchmark it's not very trustworthy and prefers single threaded cpu power alot more than multithreaded cpu power

U should try to find a used ryzen 5 or 7 for the price as the 480/470

the pts system still shows the score, even if the website says x amount % faster wrong above...

I always take 8-core score as the true performance:

As you can clearly say despite the score saying the 10400F is better the 8-core score is still superior on the 3600. UwU

Yeah but then you kinda have to google for the result of both CPUs, also there is always passmark to double check.

Hey guys cheers for all the responses. I was off my feet and needed something on the cheap and like asap as to why im running a 200ge. Im gonna get the money together and get a better cpu and gpu. Again cheers all for the responses.
