XFX RX 470D Not Detected on Asrock Motherboard

Hi! I have an XFX RX 470D Graphics Card - I'm pretty much sure that this came from a mining rig - that I bought on the used market.

It was all working fine but one night I shut my computer down properly and everything is normal, then come by morning when I powered it on I got a 5 BIOS Beeps in which upon searching is the "Video Card not detected" by Asrock.

I can't use my onboard graphics since I have an Intel Xeon as my processor. I tried to clean everything and did apply a new thermal paste but still error occurred of not being detected.

I hope someone could help me out. Thanks in advance!

More then likely you got a GPU that was end of life, it gave you its best effort but its dead :( Usually if cleaning, repasting, making sure all power connections are good dont work, its a rip.

Any chance that board has a second pcie-slot? If so, you could try and see if it works on that one. Mining rig GPUs generally sounds like a bad thing though, gotta say...
