HELP MY PC MAKES WEIRD BEEPS

i just took a screen snip and draw something then it starts beeping, im pretty sure this is not a hard drive failure because last time i hear something like this it was a hard drive failure. But its not a hard drive failure because i just replaced the hard drive like a moth ago and the beep sound is faster than the hard drive failure beep sound. The cursor is stuttering and it doesnt respond any input.

So whats the problem, should i do something or change anything?

The beep does not sound like typical windows beep.

Maybe its morsecode, its trying to communicate with him, This will be a dangerous mission.

i was recording my screen when it happened but when i open the video that i recorded it corrupted, so i didnt get all the morse code from the beginning
