Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  gta 5, rust and watching Youtube 

I need help i already have a 580 graphics card and im planning on upgrading it on christmas that is the reason the 580 is in the build i wanna know If it is a balanced build

Some parts (like the PSU and SSD) did not have a listed price, so I just chose equivalent parts, for a full list (and I set the RX 580 'purchased' so it doesn't affect the price).

Was there any reason you chose a low profile Noctua cooler before? Those are usually meant for small cases. I chose a larger cooler; which will run quieter.

Yes it actually do the prices on swedish sites are garbage 221 dollars for a Ryzen 5 3600 so even with shipping its vetter to get from amazon

Shipping costs are not going to make purchasing the parts from the US worthwhile. Also, by Christmas, Ampere and RDNA2 GPUs will have most likely been released, so you'll have better options to upgrade to from the 580.

I'm not sure if you have a reason for picking a low profile cooler, but if not then there are much better cheaper options.

As far as the H510 elite, its a bit of a hot box and quite overpriced. If you like the aesthetic I would go with the base H510 and add your own fans. If you're really convinced on the elite though, go for it I guess.
