How'd you get on with the fans...?  :)

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

With the sound blaster ae-7 or ae-9 you really need the software so don't forget to download it if you get one ;)

Things being too loud or quiet is not a reason to get a sound card. Use the inbuilt mixer in windows to set your programs so they play at roughly the same volume (if audio controls aren't available in the program itself. Different Youtubers upload their videos at differing loudnesses and unfortunately compression in YT can't always fix it so there's not much you can to to solve that, for me the best thing I found was a physical volume control, as in, I have a knob I use to control volume to my speakers and I find that it's just second nature to be using it when I find something too loud or quiet.

Again, while the other responses on here are indeed suggesting sound cards, getting one won't solve anything for you.

Right click the speaker icon on your taskbar (next to the time and date indicator)

Open Volume Mixer

You can control the volume of each program separately, every game, every program that produces audio at all will appear here when you open it and the level you choose is where it stays until you decide to change it again.

I would say the problem is either a setting in the software or maybe the volume setting on the soundbar. I would definitely recommend looking into settings in software and on the soundbar before buying a new sound card. I'm almost certain your current onboard audio isn't the problem. It could also be the volume of the different videos is just mastered differently. Some youtube videos are just loud or just quiet
