Intel RS2BL080 RAID card HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,

I've just bought (VERY cheaply!!) a Stone Quantum Server (Intel Server Board S2400SC, twin Xeon processor, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 1 x 4TB HDD (SATA), 5 x 3TB HDD (SAS) with 1 x Intel RS2BL080 SAS/SATA RAID Controller Card and 1 x LSI SAS9211-4i card) running Windows 10 in a P4000 pedestal case. My problem is two-fold; 1) How can I get the disks to actually show up in Windows (at the moment only the 4TB HDD shows up, though the green LEDs on the SAS Hot-Swap Caddies are all green)? I am thinking there might be an issue with the card, but don't know how to check it. Both cards show up in Device Manager. and, 2) What is the best (not to mention cheapest!) RAID software I can use?

Yes, it WAS the SAS card. I swapped it for a new one and it's showing all the drives now.
