Do I need to reinstall windows for new CPU+Motherboard+RAM

I've been using a system with a Intel i7 4770 processor and Asrock Z87 Extreme 4 motherboard for a long time now. So, I'm planning to upgrade to a 10900K + Gigabyte Z490 motherboard (haven't decided on the specific SKU yet). Along with new RAM of course. But I wasn't planning on upgrading my Storage drives. I have a 240 GB SATA SSD for the OS and 1 TB SATA SSD for my Games Library and an 8 TB NAS Drive for my Media Library and other files. I want to use all these drives on my new system as well. In that case do I need to reinstall Windows 10 on the existing OS drive? Or will it boot into windows automatically if I select it as the boot drive? And will upgrading to an NVMe SSD for the OS drive significantly impact startup times?

It will technically work

But it's best to reinstall, as changing the parts can mess with windows

Technically you dont have to, but I would personally. There is a lot of driver conflicts that can, and often do happen when you upgrade without re-installing windows.

Window 10 is attached to the hardware and your MS account. Just deactivate the device( release the key (whatever it's called now)) install new hardware and reactivate.

If you have any issues just use the built in troubleshooter to reinstall but keep your files.

Or you can do a fresh install and reuse your key

Well, you can try it first.

If you have problem, reinstall.

Most likely you need to update the activation code, just call MS, they'll give you.
