Possesed PC - Mouse Clicking

Hi Guys,

I hope that you can help me with this as I am all out of options. My PC is acting up as it keeps opening tabs, windows (anything that can be opened) while hovering. This happens frequently but not all the time however it's making the use of the computer very frustrating. I tried other mice's , usb port, reinstalled fresh OS. After reinstalling the OS it is a little better but it still did not disappear.

What else can I try and what could be the problem?

Thank you guys I appreciate it!

It's worth to mention that it opens the same tab like 4 5 times, if I let it in the same place it can open as many as it wants.

Wow i don't have a technical explaination for this. Especially since it remains after a new Windows install? Are we talking about a laptop? Maybe the touchpad is done for? (Maybe you really should take it to the nearest church or burn it!)

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

It is a PC. It feels like I have a broken touchscreen in a sense.

Could it be a motherboard issue? :|  Or could a virus affect my hardware in such way?

Could be the keyboard malfunctioning also, as there are probably hotkeys (F keys probably) to open new tabs, etc.

Could be a faulty USB port.

Software is ruled out. Mouse is ruled out, as you have tried different mice.

Thank you guys for responding! I took out the keyboard and it still does the same thing.

Any other input devices connected to the computer? (controller or something?)

Try removing that, see if that solves it.

Other than that, the only thing I can think of is a faulty motherboard that is detecting inputs on some port that are not there.
