Posted June 29, 2020 Hello there, my system setup is i5 8th gen, 2x8gb 2666mhz, sf600 and i got dual monitor setup (1440p 144hz + 1080p 60hz) I'm in dilemma choosing gpu for my system. I rarely gaming on my pc, but if i do, getting a nice (not the best) quality and acceptable fps is enough i think.
 The GTX 1060 is the go-to card for entry-level gaming, but the 1660 is a strong contender. The 1660 will get you 60+ FPS in all but the most demanding games, but I've only tested it on 1080p with a R5 2600 (OC to 3.9GHz) Quote or mention me or I won't be notified of your reply! I don't disagree, the RX 580 has better value. Quote or mention me or I won't be notified of your reply! Well for 250ish you can find a used 1070ti 350ish either a 2060 super or a 5700 400-500ish 5700xt 600 isn't really a price point for gpus today PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD. Posted July 3, 2020 Your requirements seem at odds with your suggestions. An RX570 or 580 is a solid value option for an entry level GPU that will run most games "well enough". The 1060 tends to cost a bit more and the 3 and 6gb version perform roughly in line with 570/580 respectively, but also fits you requirements. Jumping up to a 1070ti will clearly give you a better experience, but its also way beyond "just enough" and costs twice as much as you can find a RX580 for... I've had used 1070 and vega 64 before this. My personnel experience with amd card was not so good (stuttering, driver crash) and I got 1440p 144hz G-Sync monitor. A lil upgrade from my 1070 before this might be enough I guess.
