PC boots, no display after it gives me chance to go bios light flash on mother board

I was cleaning my room and as I plug all my cables back in and turning it on there is no display after bios so I see if a cable is loose I tighten them all up when I tighten the dvi to the graphics card all of my fans go super speed so I turn it off and now it boots gives me chance to go to bios then the screen just stays black if I didn't go to bios the lights that flash on my motherboard are all beside my ram and flashes orange red white green

Gtx 1060ti 6gb

AMD ryzen 5 3600

800 watt power supply from corsair 

8gb of ram

I'd suggest that you go back and edit your post with some punctuation.  It's a little hard to read.

 

As far as your problem -- is that SSD sitting on top of your GPU?

re-seat everything, maybe not your cpu, but, ram, harddrives, cables, etc.  Try again... then reset your bios to defaults and make sure the boot drive is the drive with windows on it.  Still problem?  Get your install media (usb hopefully and boot from that, then choose repair, should be under advanced or somewhere in there.  and mount the friggen harddrive to something, dont just let it lean on your CPU
