I keep finding ryzen master setting itself to default. I apply and save profiles with pbo. Can't find a common denominator.

Anyone else having this problem?

I’ve heard of this before on this site I think.  I vaguely remember there at one point there being a work around of doing some manual settings that were the same ones as the auto settings I think.  I don’t know what they were or if it still works or much of anything really except I think there is hope.  Wish I could be more help :/

hopefully someone will be along who knows more about this one.

my brain is telling me @Jurrunio had something to say on the subject.  Could well be wrong about that though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

When does it reset? Like after cold boot? cuz Ryzen Master saves its settings into the BIOS, if the BIOS forgets stuff then so would Ryzen Master, but only after cold boot (i.e. power cut) that the BIOS can forget things. This is caused by CMOS battery running dry.

I couldn’t really say for sure, but I notice it after coming back from sleep mode or boot up.

I wonder if that’s why when I have to hard restart on occasion, it has to re “memory train” and boot loops for a long time.

guess I’ll have to try the battery.  This system has been fickle
