Recommendations for a 830$ PC

I am looking to build a new PC and was wonderign what would be the best combination with motherborad, GPU, and CPU. Any recomendations with be amazing.

GPU:RX 580/590 Or 1650 Super

Mobo:MSI Gaming Pro Carbon AC

RAM:16GB 3200MHz Or Lower

Storage:128GB Nvme SSD,1TB 7200 RPM HDD

No. You can do better than that. 3200 or higher mhz also a better gpu

PC Parts Are Expensive In The UK And I Made This List In Only A Few Min , So No I Can't Make It Better
