TV Size (Gaming)

What is the difference between a 55' and 65' TV for gaming? By that I mean specs like pixel density image quality etc. Does the bigger TV mean "lesser image quality" or a different gaming experience. I can get both but is the extra price worth it?

Assuming all else is equal, a 55" will have more pixel density and thus will be sharper. But, of course having a - relative to the 65" - smaller TV, may mean you are going to sit closer to it, counteracting the pixel density.

The most important thing will probably be the location for the TV relative to your sitting position.

The TV should of course be a good size for that, not too large not too small.

with the same resolution, the smaller one will have higher pixel density.

55 inch is enough if you sit like 3-9 feet away.

Like @minibois said, it depends how far away from the Screen you're sitting. Im perfectly happy with my C9 OLED 55" at 4k while sitting between 3-4 meters away. The Picture is very sharp.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Don't think about that too much when you're comparing those sizes -- think about what's comfortable for your eyes.  A higher pixel density doesn't matter if you're straining to look at the screen because it's too far away.  If you'll be close to the screen regardless, then and only then should you think more about image quality.

Besides, with the next crop of consoles you'll probably be playing more titles at native 4K (or at least, 1440p scaled) than you were before, giving the advantage to the larger set.
