The G2 is pretty old and the G3 has serious issues. I'd say the Corsair TXM or Be Quiet Pure Power Gold

I'd suggest getting a better B450 board (the HDV is near-A320 level of barebones), definitely get a better power supply, and also it's quite surprising that you can still purchase that memory - CL22? yikes; Ideally you'd want to go for something like a 3600 CL16 kit, but a 3600 CL18 or 3200 CL16 will also be just fine.

Updated OP's build list with a little better of a power supply, something with an 80+ gold efficiency. For OP, one thing you do not want to cheap out on is a PSU. Very important. I also changed the GPU, something with a little better performance albeit at a higher cost, and I did also change out the RAM, it shows the ram you listed has a CAS latencey of CL22. That is pretty high considering you can get a lower latency kit for cheaper.

The EVGA GD is a bit mediocre imho and a colleague has his catch fire in front of us so I'd say TXM

Not speaking for OP here, but some people like the smaller size of micro-ATX.

Edit: I noticed OP is using a full ATX case, so maybe his reason is just cost, and not size.
