like @Berkomeister sais, search on ebay for the cooler there are often times some for a good price and they are very good for a 3600

a bit pricy for what it is and it’s a bit of an overkill for the 3600, but it would work

its a 3600... there is no need at all for water cooling except you want to push a very high OC with high voltages

Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition? Not the greatest cooler ever but easily good enough for a 3600 and only $40

You can choose between eight different static colours. There's no effects or customisation to the colour profiles. So basic but should still fit most themes.

Yep, thankfully the blue fits my system pretty well. You could look at the non-rgb and then buy a separate addressable rgb fan, but that will cost a bit more and at that point it would be a waste not to by one of the bequiet or noctua tower coolers (although they aren't rgb)
