I don't want to play AAA games, I just want to play casual csgo and valorant at over 144fps consistantly.

It's enough for Esports titles, but i am not really sure if the CPU is powerful enough for 144 constant FPS .

If you are getting a 1650, be sure to get the GDDR6 version.

Also, is my pcu enough. I mean is 260 watts enough?

It should be enough.

I have a pc, it has a 260 watt power supply, a i5-2400 and a gtx 1050 2gb mini right now. I want to upgrade to a 1650 low profile 4gb, it takes the same voltage as my 1050 2gb and its low profile so I can put it in my case. I looked at bottle neck calculators and it said that an i5-2400 and a gtx 1650 4gb would bottle neck 20%. Is 20% alot, how much fps would I lose. Is it worth it going from my 1050 2gb to 1650 4gb. Whoevers reading this, have a great day :)))

It's 100% worth it. I ran an i5 2400 with a 1050 Ti easily, and the 1650 is a bit faster than that. Still not as fast as the 980 Ti, which is where my 2400 finally started choking at 1080p with newer titles.
