What should I upgrade?

I'm currently gaming on 1080p HD scaled up to 1440p, I'm looking to move to 1440p. This build is from 2013 and got updated with the 970 in 2014 or 15. 

I haven't build a system since then and have no idea what the closest bottlenecks are.

I would say everything except the hard drives. and SSD's. Because you can get a pretty good pc for 1000 euro.

You could upgrade your graphics card for an RTX 2060S, but don't go above that because the CPU will bottleneck your GPU.

I'd probably wait right now, Nvidia and AMD will launch new hardware later this year. But I'd go for a full rebuild, new CPU, motherboard, memory, likely a new PSU, and GPU.
