PC crashes during Zoom meetings

I'm taking classes via zoom, and every time my computer freezes and then shuts down. I'm able to participate in class for about 10 minutes, then it crashes. My classes usually have around 55 people in the meeting at once, and my PC can't seem to handle it. What should I do? I did overclock my CPU, and I thought that was my problem. But when I lowered the ratio back to the stock speed, the issue persists. I'm not quite sure what to do. It's a real pain.

A lot of schools force students to use this platform,whether they like it or not.

You can use zoom with the browser in their website or the zoom browser extension.

I'll try, I'll update if that fixes the problem. My class starts in two hours.

I replaced my CPU and it fixed the problem.
