help My Ping is Unbearable

So whenever i try to play any game im usually in last place because of the unbearable ping that haunts me in every game. to set the scnene i would usually be playing a game in valorant and suddenly i would teleport to enemy fire or i would be shooting at someone and get teleported behind a wall. no matter how much i tried i cant fix the issue.

Uploud is about 0.15MB (unstable)

checked background apps through task manager but so far no 

ps: I know this might be a local problem but someone told me it has something to do with windows so i might as well ask it here

I assume that’s in megabits per second...

 

Is that the speed you’re paying for from your ISP?

No in the past it was about 200 kilo bytes but we fixed some cables and its about 1.4 to 1.7 mega bytes 
but the real problem is from the uploud. Is there anyway to raise the upload speed??

Please run a test at SpeedTest.net while directly wired in to the ISP device and post the screenshot.

Looks like you're in Egypt. If your ISP caps your upload limit at less than 1Mbps (that's awful, I know), then the only way to increase it would be to upgrade your internet package. But we can't know how much you're supposed to get if you don't tell us what you're paying for.
