Hello, if you are planning to build a completely new PC for that budget, I would recommend switching to the Ryzen platform. right now you may be able to get the new Ryzen 3 3100 for 430 MYR or the Ryzen 3 3300X for 522 MYR. For a mobo you will want a cheap b450 mother board which you can get for 300-350 MYR. Now for GPU you won't be able to get that 4k video editing, but you may be able to get the 1080p gaming if you tune your settings down. You may want an rx 560 or rx 570, these are very much budget cards but they will get the job done. you can find these from 390-530 MYR. for RAM I would usually suggest 16 gb, but with this budget you can get an 8gb 2666 or 3000 speed kit for 130-320 MYR. for power supply you should be able to get away with a 400 or 450 watt unit that range from 130-260 MYR. Now I will leave storage up to you because I do not know how much you want. for case you can get a cheap case that is 130-220 MYR. This come out to about 1600 MYR. This does not include storage, or peripherals. You can make any changes you want to maximize your budget.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @3.8 Ghz. -  Gigabyte B450 Aorus M - Asus TUF Gaming GTX 1660 SUPER 06G - GSKill Ripjaws V 16gb 2x8gb DDR4 @3200 Mhz. - Inland Premium 512gb NVMe SSD - Rose will RD 450 Watt 80+ - DIYPC s2-BK-RGB ATX Mid-tower case.
