My ESP Partition is in D drive and not in C drive. How to copy the ESP partition on D drive to C Drive?

aussiekendoll

Sometimes when I start the PC windows run into a problem showing that  OS couldn't be loaded due to winload.efi is not found. I moved my SSD and Hard disk of my laptop to desktop PC, thats why i get this problem. I never had this problem when SSD and HDD was in the laptop. This happens mostly when I try to wake from a hibernate.

You can create a new EFI partition on your SSD (c drive I assume) then delete the efi partition on d drive see this post for instructions

As i already have access to the windows , can you please check this small video and tell if this method will work ?

No, that just creates an empty efi partition. It does not add the efi bootloader to the partition which I linked to.
