Maybe you're doing something wrong. Check this video to see if you got things right.

Budget (including currency): $500.00 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Possibly daily use and for Csgo since that is the only game I play.

Other details: I already have a monitor, and a mouse. Getting decent performance CSGo with or without graphics card. I would prefer to get somewhat a decent motherboard in which I would only need to upgrade the CPU and add GPU in the future if possible.

I tried to fit a GPU into this budget but its definitely not easy. @Viridian definitly has the better idea imo

this is the list I attempted anyway (this is in USA prices. In CAD this would be $626.16)

heatsink isn't any better than the intel stock cooler.

PSU is garbage, and it's only rated for 400w at 25 degrees.

This is $126 over as you said it yourself, that's not exactly a small amount.

It's about 5$ CAD over the budget.

Do any of you know https://www.amazon.ca/Gigabyte-GA-A320M-S2H-MicroATX-Realtek-Motherboard/dp/B079NYQQJJ/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=amd+ryzen+5+motherboard&qid=1589665493&refinements=p_85%3A5690392011&rnid=5690384011&rps=1&sr=8-2 if that motherboard is compatible with either ryzen 5 1600 or 2600? I am attempting to order all the parts from amazon because I have prime and I do not have to wait and sometimes amazon does not charge taxes unlike vuugo and other sites.

exactly. Thats why i said to go with @Viridian's build. I was just messing around with possible components trying to be as cheap as possible and came up with that. Also it was late at night and i was half asleep. I was just trying to see if I could fit in a dedicated GPU and failed. Im sorry if i caused any confusion.

What do you guys think of this? I plan on swapping the 1600 for 2600 since they are the same price, but is it out of stock, and potentially upgrading the motherboard to ASRock B450M PRO4 AM4 AMD but later since it is out of stock as well. Is this a good build for just browsing and doing normal work? I know I will not be able to play Csgo until I get a GPU.

Everything is out of stock and I need to get a pc built asap for an upcoming job, what would be the best MOBO and PSU for ryzen 5 2600x/2600

@frenzen Bro you don't understand. You can't game with a 1600/2600 Ryzen CPU since they don't have integrated graphics. You'll need a GPU and you don't have the budget for it. The only APU's are Ryzen 3000/3200G/3400G, and suggested you the 3200G.

No I gave up on gaming I will just get a GPU later, getting a 1600 rn cuz its the only thing in stock and GPU's are out of stock as well. I even said "I know I will not be able to play Csgo until I get a GPU."

No, you wont get any display output without a GPU of some sort. Forget gaming, you cant even see the BIOS.
