Need Help With Graphics Cards

Quick question, what is better for gaming:

PNY GeForce GTX 1650 4GB Single Fan Graphics Card (GMX1650N3H4FX1KTM)

 

Or

 

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 128 Bit PCI-E Graphic Card (GV-N105TD5-4GD) ?

 

I am planning on playing only GTA-V Fully modded.

On: 

HP Elite 8200 SFF

160gb ssd

32gb Ram

i7 2600

The 1650 is simply faster

1650 is faster, but there just arent good value cards within 75w limit

I'll keep the stock power supply  so I am limited, do you think I should just go with the 1050 ti instead? They cost the same but didn't think about the power lol

If they cost the same then go 1650 all the way. They both consume around the same power so you'll be fine.
