Freenas server suddenly unreachable

My nas suddenly stopped showing up in windows explorer and I can't even get to the web interface anymore. I have the right IP address and my router knows it's connected, but I can't access it. It was working fine half an hour ago. Then it started to become really slow to load files and took forever to access, then it disappeared altogether. It's active right now, it doesn't seem to have catastrophically failed

Nas specs: core2 quad q8200, 8gb ddr2 800MHz

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x  | GPU: GTX 1070 FE | RAM: TridentZ 16GB 3200MHz | Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Aorus M | PSU: EVGA 650 B3 | STORAGE: Boot drive: Crucial MX500 1TB, Secondary drive: WD Blue 1TB hdd | CASE: Phanteks P350x | OS: Windows 10 | Monitor: Main: ASUS VP249QGR 144Hz, Secondary: Dell E2014h 1600x900

No, It's just the main freenas menu screen

I just tried pinging it and it said

Pinging 192.168.0.150 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 192.168.0.150:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

I pinged my main desktop from the freenas shell and I got this after letting it run a few minutes

416 packets transmitted, 411 packets recieved, 1.2% packet loss

how is it wired, that packet loss is worrying.

What network card? Some have weird issues, Id try a different model

How bad is it, what does that even mean? It's connected via ethernet to my router, and so Is my main desktop

I'm not using a network card I'm using the ethernet port built into the motherboard
