I know this isn’t really the place to ask this, but does anyone really know why Corsair takes absolutely forever to process anything? I bought the Corsair Hx 750i off from the website almost a week ago, I’ve sent in a ticket and have called multiples times within the past few days with no responses, I sat on hole for 45mins each time and then gave up. What’s the deal with Corsair??

I would blame it on the - likely - smaller workforce and - probably - more orders to deal with.

 

But I'm gonna tag the Corsair rep we have on the forum, maybe he can be of any help to you.
